Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RadarFlow Studio website at radarflow.io (also accessible via radarflow.ai and radarflow.studio) and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sigma0 LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

RadarFlow Studio is a visual radar DSP pipeline designer. The Service currently consists of a marketing website and early-access waitlist. Product features, pricing, and availability described on the website are preliminary, for informational purposes only, and subject to change before and after launch without notice.

2. Waitlist and Early Access

Waitlist signup is non-binding. It does not create a contract or guarantee access, pricing, features, or a launch date. Early access, if offered, is at Sigma0's sole discretion and may be offered in phases, to limited users, or not at all. Sigma0 reserves the right to cancel the waitlist, change the product roadmap, adjust pricing, or discontinue development at any time.

By signing up, you agree to receive email communications about RadarFlow Studio. Every email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe by emailing legal@sigma0.com.

3. Beta and Early Access Disclaimer

Early access versions of RadarFlow Studio are pre-release software and may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or security vulnerabilities. Sigma0 provides no warranty that early access versions will be stable, secure, or compatible with future releases. Early access users are responsible for maintaining backups of any data they process through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sigma0 LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

RadarFlow Studio may include open-source software components. A list of open-source licenses will be made available at launch.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALL TIERS, INCLUDING THE FREE TIER, ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGMA0 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EXCEPT FOR DIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY SIGMA0'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. SIGMA0'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SIGMA0 IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Data and Security

Captured radar datasets are processed and stored on your local device. Sigma0 does not store your captured data on our servers. Data security, backup, and recovery are your responsibility. Sigma0 provides no warranty that captured data will be protected against loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

If RadarFlow Studio is significantly modified, a pricing tier is discontinued, or the service is terminated, Sigma0 will provide at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to export your data.

9. Export Control

RadarFlow Studio may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, do not reside in, and are not under the control of any country subject to U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria), and that you are not on any U.S. government denied-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Iowa, USA. Claims of intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality may be brought in court. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
