Sigma0 LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates RadarFlow Studio and the website radarflow.io (also accessible via radarflow.ai and radarflow.studio). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the information you provide directly through our waitlist and contact forms:

We do not collect payment information, IP addresses, or use cookies or tracking scripts on this site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to:
- Notify you when RadarFlow Studio launches or when early access is available.
- Send occasional product updates related to RadarFlow Studio.
- Understand which sensors and applications to prioritize.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Processors
Your form submissions are processed and stored using the following services, which act as data processors on our behalf:
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy.
- Upstash, Inc. — serverless database storage. Privacy policy.
Both services store data on servers in the United States. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
4. Data Retention
Waitlist data is retained until 12 months after RadarFlow Studio launches, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If RadarFlow Studio does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of the decision to discontinue. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days and data is deleted within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object: Object to processing of your data for direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Complaint: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act:
- Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To submit a request, email legal@sigma0.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days.
7. International Transfers
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, your data is transferred to the United States via Resend and Upstash. This transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent provided when submitting the form. A copy of our data processing arrangement is available upon request.
8. Email Communications
Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing legal@sigma0.com. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days.
9. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.
10. Children
RadarFlow Studio is a professional tool. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you have provided your email, we will notify you of material changes.
