60 GHz FMCW radar transceiver with 4Tx/4Rx, on-chip RPU for 3D point cloud extraction, and 7 GHz bandwidth (57–64 GHz). The AIMEZ-V dev kit includes ESP32-P4 SoC with USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and BLE connectivity.
