Terms of Service

Effective date: July 10, 2026 (supersedes the April 1, 2026 version)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RadarFlow Studio website at radarflow.io (also accessible via radarflow.ai and radarflow.studio), the early-access waitlist, and the authenticated member portal (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sigma0 LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the member portal.

If you download, flash, or use pre-release RadarFlow Studio software (including the RadarFlow Image) or related cloud features, your use of that software is additionally governed by the Beta Software Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Beta Software Agreement with respect to the Beta Software, the Beta Software Agreement controls.

1. Description of Service

RadarFlow Studio is a visual radar signal-processing pipeline designer. The Service consists of the RadarFlow Studio websites, the early-access waitlist, and the authenticated member portal — including software downloads, documentation, and support resources — made available to invited beta participants. Beta software obtained through the portal is licensed under the Beta Software Agreement, not these Terms. Product features, pricing, and availability described on the website are preliminary, for informational purposes only, and subject to change before and after launch without notice.

2. Waitlist and Early Access

Waitlist signup is non-binding. It does not create a contract or guarantee access, pricing, features, or a launch date. Sigma0 currently offers a private beta to invited members; beta participation is conditioned on acceptance of the Beta Software Agreement and may be granted, limited, or revoked as provided there. Sigma0 reserves the right to cancel the waitlist, change the product roadmap, adjust pricing, or discontinue development at any time.

By signing up, you agree to receive email communications about your application and the RadarFlow Studio beta. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe by emailing legal@sigma0.com.

3. Beta Software

Early access and beta versions of RadarFlow Studio are pre-release software provided under the Beta Software Agreement, which governs the license, use restrictions, warranty disclaimers, suspension and termination, and data-export rights for that software. Pre-release software may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any data you process with pre-release software.

4. Accounts

Portions of the Service, including the member portal, require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account; notify us promptly at legal@sigma0.com of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal to you (or, for organizations, to authorized personnel) and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You may not share, republish, or redistribute download links or files obtained from the portal, or circumvent access or download controls. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or the Beta Software Agreement, or where reasonably necessary to address a security or legal-compliance concern; any suspension or termination affecting Beta Software access is subject to the notice and export provisions of the Beta Software Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sigma0 LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

RadarFlow Studio includes third-party and open-source software components licensed under their own terms, identified in the notices file accompanying the software. Those licenses govern those components, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under them.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.
  • Share account credentials or portal download links, or attempt to access another user's account or non-public areas of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGMA0 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EXCEPT FOR DIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY SIGMA0'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. SIGMA0'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SIGMA0 IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE FOREGOING CAP DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES CAUSED BY SIGMA0'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Data and Security

Captured radar datasets are primarily processed and stored on your own edge computer (your Raspberry Pi 5 or appliance) and any storage you connect to it. If you use optional Sigma0-hosted cloud features, any User Content you choose to store there is handled as described in the Beta Software Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Data security, backup, and recovery for data on your own hardware are your responsibility.

For Beta Software and related cloud features, notice of suspension or termination and your data-export rights are governed exclusively by the Beta Software Agreement. If we discontinue any other part of the Service in which you store data, we will provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export that data.

10. Export Control

The Service, RadarFlow Studio software, and related technology are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations. You will not export, re-export, transfer, or provide access to the Service or software, directly or indirectly, to any embargoed or sanctioned jurisdiction, to any person on a U.S. government restricted-party list, or for any prohibited end use, without required government authorization. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of any such jurisdiction or party. You will not submit to Sigma0, through any part of the Service, technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or other export-controlled technical data. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and, for material changes, providing notice (by email to registered account holders or by prominent notice on the Service) at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Changes apply prospectively only. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service before the change takes effect; registered users may close their account. Changes to the Beta Software Agreement are governed by that agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules — or, if you are an individual using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, its Consumer Arbitration Rules — seated in Waterloo, Iowa. Hearings may be conducted by video conference at the arbitrator's discretion. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may bring claims for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality in the state or federal courts located in Black Hawk County, Iowa, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. If you are an individual, you may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing legal@sigma0.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.

ALL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court. Disputes concerning the Beta Software are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the Beta Software Agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Notices

Sigma0 may give notice by email to the address associated with your account or waitlist registration, or by prominent notice on the Service; notice is deemed given when sent or posted. You may give notice by email to legal@sigma0.com. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

16. General

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Sigma0's prior written consent; Sigma0 may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. A party's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect — except as expressly provided in Section 13 regarding the class-action waiver.
