Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026 (supersedes the April 1, 2026 version)

Sigma0 LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates RadarFlow Studio and the website radarflow.io (also accessible via radarflow.ai and radarflow.studio). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights regarding that data. Use of the RadarFlow Studio beta software is also governed by the Beta Software Agreement.

1. Data We Collect

We collect personal data in four contexts: (a) information you submit through our waitlist / beta application and contact channels; (b) account and authentication data when you register for the member portal; (c) telemetry, crash, and diagnostic data from the RadarFlow Studio beta software (see Section 2); and (d) content you choose to store in Sigma0-hosted cloud features (see Section 2).

We do not collect payment information during the beta. Our hosting provider and identity provider automatically process IP addresses and standard request metadata in server and security logs. The member portal uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address per Google's privacy policy.

2. Beta Software Data

Telemetry and crash reports

The RadarFlow Studio beta software may send us anonymized usage telemetry and crash reports, limited to categories such as: application version, feature usage events, performance metrics, crash stack traces, and hardware model. Radar captures and signal-processing pipelines are processed on your own edge device and are not transmitted to us except as described in this section.

Telemetry is designed to exclude your User Content (including captured radar datasets) and does not include advertising identifiers. If fragments of your data are incidentally captured in a crash report, we treat them as your confidential information under the Beta Software Agreement, use them only to diagnose the failure, and delete them when no longer needed.

Opt-out: you can disable telemetry at any time in the application settings. The beta software remains functional with telemetry disabled.

Cloud features and User Content

If you use Sigma0-hosted cloud features, we store the pipelines, configurations, and datasets you choose to upload ("User Content") solely to provide those features to you. We do not use your User Content for marketing or to train models, and we act as a processor where your User Content contains personal data relating to your end users. After the Beta Software Agreement terminates, User Content stored in our cloud features remains available for export for at least 14 days and is then deleted from our systems, as described in Section 12 of the Beta Software Agreement.

Account portal

The member portal is authenticated by our identity provider (Auth0). It processes your name, email address, a user identifier, credentials, optional multi-factor authentication data, and authentication and security logs (including IP addresses). We also record download and release activity in the members area to operate the beta program.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Assess and manage beta applications, and notify you about access and launch.
  • Operate the member portal, distribute beta releases, and provide documentation and support.
  • Improve, debug, stabilize, and secure the beta software and the service.
  • Send occasional product updates related to RadarFlow Studio where you have opted in, always with an unsubscribe option.
  • Understand which sensors and applications to prioritize.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including export-control screening.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Processors

Your data is processed and stored using the following services, which act as data processors on our behalf:

  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery. Privacy policy.
  • Vercel Inc. — application hosting for the website, waitlist API, and member portal. Privacy policy.
  • Neon, Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database for waitlist and beta-program storage. Privacy policy.
  • Okta, Inc. (Auth0) — identity provider that authenticates registered members accessing the account portal. Privacy policy.
  • Formspree, Inc. — form-submission processing for waitlist applications. Privacy policy.

These services store data on servers in the United States. We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking services. If we add a processor (for example, telemetry or crash-reporting infrastructure), we will update this list.

5. Data Retention

  • Waitlist / application data: retained until 12 months after RadarFlow Studio launches, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If RadarFlow Studio does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of the decision to discontinue.
  • Account data: retained for the life of your account and deleted within 90 days after account closure or the end of the beta program, except as required by law.
  • Telemetry: retained in aggregate or pseudonymous form for no more than 24 months.
  • Crash reports: deleted or de-identified once the underlying issue is resolved; incidental User Content fragments are deleted when no longer needed to diagnose the failure.
  • Cloud-stored User Content: deleted after the 14-day post-termination export window described in the Beta Software Agreement.
  • Support correspondence: retained for up to 24 months.

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days and related marketing data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Complaint: Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@sigma0.com. We will respond within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by up to two further months, in which case we will tell you within the first month.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act:

  • Right to Know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a request, email legal@sigma0.com. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary (we will notify you of any extension).

8. International Transfers

Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum and Swiss adaptations as applicable) entered into with our processors and, where a processor is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. A summary of our transfer safeguards is available on request at legal@sigma0.com.

9. Email Communications

Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing legal@sigma0.com. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days. We may still send you non-marketing emails necessary to operate the beta program (for example, application decisions, security notices, and legal notices).

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and notify regulators within the timeframes required by applicable law (including within 72 hours to the relevant EU supervisory authority where the GDPR applies).

11. Children

RadarFlow Studio is a professional tool, and the beta software requires users to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you have provided your email, we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
